Personal Secretary brings selected email, calendar events, and spreadsheet information together into personal reports and reminders. The assistant runs on its owner’s computer.
Personal Secretary reader
The Google reader connection reads authorized Gmail messages, calendar events, and spreadsheet ranges to identify follow-ups, summarize upcoming commitments, and reconcile personal financial summaries.
These Google permissions are read-only. They do not let the reader send messages or change calendar events or spreadsheets.
Personal Secretary Sender
A separate Google connection identifies the authorized Gmail account and sends personal reports back to that same account.
The sender is restricted by the local application to self-addressed reports. It cannot send to arbitrary recipients, and it does not grant inbox-reading access.
How information is handled
Collected information and review records are saved locally on the computer. When an AI interpretation is explicitly enabled, selected content is sent to OpenAI through the configured ChatGPT connection. Reports may be delivered through Gmail or the configured Hermes iMessage channel.
Private messages, reports, credentials, and financial records are not published on this website. The privacy policy explains access, storage, sharing, and account disconnection.
